Dispatch Times
On occasion, dispatch may be the next working day due to stock locations and preparation requirements. You'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Options
When you place your order, you'll be presented with one or more delivery options depending on your location, order size, and total.

Items with Specialist Delivery
Most of our range ships on our standard service. A small number of items are bulky, heavy or oversized, and are sent by a specialist courier. These carry their own delivery charge, shown on the product page and again at checkout.
Storage containers
A £10 delivery surcharge applies to storage containers. This is charged in addition to standard delivery and is not covered by free delivery over £75.
GTSE Safety Range
Speed ramps, kerbs, wheel guides, extrusions, cable ramps and similar items are delivered by specialist courier in 3 to 5 working days. There are two rates, depending on whether your order travels as a parcel or on a pallet. The product page tells you which applies. All prices shown are ex VAT.
Charged by the total weight of the specialist items in your order.

Larger and heavier goods travel on a pallet. One pallet carries up to 2,000kg.

If your basket contains a specialist delivery item alongside ordinary stock, next day and timed options will not be offered on that order.

We cannot accept returns for made-to-order products within this range.
EU / Ireland & International Shipping
EU and Ireland shipping is available for collection only. Your collection will be prepared promptly once payment is received and you've arranged a collection service.

Returns
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order didn't meet your requirements for any reason, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Contact us within 28 days of placing your order and we'll advise on the best way to return items for a refund (excluding postage costs).
We cannot refund items returned in a different condition to how they were sent. For example, opened packs of cable ties cannot be accepted.

Missing items: Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Contact us with your order number at sales@gtse.co.uk or 01246 386 126 and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
